follow these steps :
2 if you have a google Mail account sign in using your google Mail id
3 click on the “ new blog “
4 put your blog title and Available URL for your blog . check your URL by clicking “ Check availability “ ( if it is unavailable try adding another word/ letters . don’t use hyphens , colons etc. )
5 select a template for your blog
6 click “ create blog “
7 now your blog start . here you click “ new post “ and start writing your first blog post .
Publish your post .
8 if you want to adjust other setting such as description , publishing , permission , post comment and sharing , and more setting .
9 if you want to change your blog template go to template >>backup/restore and upload your Xml file
